Dr. Jesse R. Fann

Dr. Fann is the Principal Investigator of the LIFT Study.

Dr. Fann received his M.D. from Northwestern University in 1989, and his M.P.H. from the  University of Washington in 1996.  Dr. Fann's areas of research include the epidemiology, health  services implications, and treatment of mental health aspects of traumatic brain injury, spinal cord  injury, and cancer.

Dr. Charles H. Bombardier

Dr. Bombardier is the Co-Principal Investigator of the LIFT Study.

Dr. Bombardier received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Medical Education  from Washington State University in 1987. Dr. Bombardier’s areas of research include substance  use disorders, depression and other psychiatric conditions in people with disabilities, including  traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis.
